Reservation and Cancellation Policy
If after you have paid your booking, you wish to cancel, then you may do so up to a month before
arrival with a cancellation fee of 10% of the total accommodation cost. |
| No Show Policy on Peak Season : If you do not show up at the hotel on your arrival date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your booking, this is classed as a No Show. In this case, full charge of your total booking cost will be applied. |
| Reduction of Length to Stay : If you need to shorten your booking during your stay, you must contact our office advise us as early as possible. Our office will inform the reservation desk at the hotel as well as our resort hotel's office, to receive. If the hotel charge us for your remaining nightly we will also, where as if the hotel do not charge us we will not charge you. In addition a 5 percent administration fee will be applied of your remaining stay. |
Extension of Stay : If, after your arrival, you wish to extend your stay at the same or different hotel, please contact our office as early as possible. |
